Basically Netsurfer Communications, Inc. works by distributing content for free and paying the bills by delivering commercial messages, advertising, special mailings, etc. Our policy is based on making a fair arrangement between our four customers - content producers, readers, advertisers, and redistributors. It is very simple, and applies to both electronic and non-electronic media and any form of delivery. So read it even if you chisel each copy in stone and send it out by pony express.
You may use hypertext links to material on our WWW server without restriction. In fact we encourage everyone to do this. This policy works well since we get to count the number of accesses and pass that information on to our sponsors.
We would, however, appreciate a note saying that you have created a link to our content. This helps us plan our server capacity to give all our visitors good response time and an enjoyable experience at our site. If you tell us about your site, we may also be able to inform you of any new or interesting material which you may wish to add to your pages.
