What's Netsurfer Focus?
Since Netsurfer was founded more than 10 years ago,
the internet, the brand new,
digital world of the mid 1990's has become part of the
fabric of our lives.
And it continues to grow, change, and fascinate us
through the energy and imagination of
its ever-growing number of participants.
Netsurfer Focus is our chronicle of a few of the
key moments on the stage.
Our goal is to make interesting,
substantive issues about the net and its
evolution accessible to our users.
Each issue of Focus addresses a single topic.
It is sent out via e-mail and/or placed here at
our website.
We supplement issues with articles and
additional information here, and
provide pointers to books
and other resources where appropriate.
This tiered approach gives the big picture for the general reader,
and details for those who are interested in learning more.

Netsurfer Focus Library
In our ever ecumenical approach to information resources, Netsurfer
Focus has always included a small selection of books on our featured topics.
At other times we provide lengthier reading lists on a subject matter.
These form the tip of the proverbial iceberg.
Come into our
library
to peruse
the dark, dead forests forming our particular outlook and find
perchance a few more useful leaves.
